GLOW 70mg is a co-lyophilized blend of three separately characterized compounds — GHK-Cu 50mg, BPC-157 10mg and TB-500 (thymosin β4) 10mg — supplied as a lyophilized powder in a single sealed vial containing 70mg combined net content. “GLOW” is the catalog designation for this combination; it is not a compound name and carries no meaning beyond identifying the blend. Each lot is analyzed by HPLC and mass spectrometry; the certificate of analysis for the current lot is shown in the product images and in the COA library. GLOW research background
The three components have unrelated origins and chemistries. GHK-Cu is the copper complex of a tripeptide first isolated from human plasma by Loren Pickart in 1973 and studied since in cell-culture and animal-tissue models of collagen and glycosaminoglycan synthesis; it is also an established cosmetic ingredient under the INCI name copper tripeptide-1. BPC-157 is a synthetic gastric-protein fragment studied chiefly in rat models by a single Zagreb group. Thymosin β4 is a ubiquitous intracellular actin-sequestering protein with a broad independent literature in cell-migration and animal wound models. These are laboratory findings in cells and animals; they have not been replicated in controlled human trials, and no conclusions about human effects should be drawn from them.
Analytically a blend is harder to certify than a single compound, and researchers should read the COA accordingly. A single purity percentage for a mixture is not meaningful on its own; what matters is that the HPLC trace resolves three principal peaks in the expected proportions and that the mass spectrum shows the three expected masses (≈ 404, ≈ 1420 and ≈ 4963, with Tβ4 appearing as a deconvoluted multiply-charged envelope). The copper complex also gives the lyophilizate its colour, which is a quick visual check that the GHK-Cu component is present as the complex rather than as free GHK.
Handling and storage: Lyophilized powder in a sealed vial. Store at −20 °C for long-term storage or at 2–8 °C for short-term storage, protected from light and moisture. Allow the vial to reach room temperature before opening to prevent condensation.
