KLOW is a co-lyophilized blend of four separately characterized compounds — KPV 10mg, GHK-Cu 50mg, BPC-157 10mg and TB-500 (thymosin β4) 10mg — supplied as a lyophilized powder in a single sealed vial containing 80mg combined net content. “KLOW” is the catalog designation for this combination (the GLOW blend with KPV added); it is not a compound name and carries no meaning beyond identifying the blend. KLOW research background

KPV is the C-terminal tripeptide (residues 11–13) of α-melanocyte-stimulating hormone, identified in the 1980s and 1990s as the shortest α-MSH fragment retaining activity in cell-culture and animal inflammation models (Hiltz and Lipton and later groups). GHK-Cu is the copper complex of a plasma tripeptide first isolated by Loren Pickart in 1973 and studied in cell-culture and animal-tissue models of extracellular-matrix synthesis. BPC-157 is a synthetic gastric-protein fragment studied chiefly in rat models by a single Zagreb group, and thymosin β4 is a ubiquitous intracellular actin-sequestering protein with a broad independent literature in cell-migration and animal wound models. These are laboratory findings in cells and animals; they have not been replicated in controlled human trials, and no conclusions about human effects should be drawn from them.

Analytically a four-component blend should be read with care. A single purity percentage for a mixture is not meaningful on its own; the useful information on the COA is that the HPLC trace resolves four principal peaks in the expected proportions and that the mass spectrum shows the four expected masses (≈ 342, ≈ 404, ≈ 1420 and ≈ 4963, with Tβ4 appearing as a deconvoluted multiply-charged envelope). KPV, being the smallest and most polar component, elutes earliest on a reversed-phase gradient and is the one most easily lost under the solvent front if the method is not stated.

Handling and storage: Lyophilized powder in a sealed vial. Store at −20 °C for long-term storage or at 2–8 °C for short-term storage, protected from light and moisture. Allow the vial to reach room temperature before opening to prevent condensation.
