All sales are final. Due to the sensitive nature of research materials, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped.

Returns or replacements may be considered only in the following circumstances:

• You notify us within three (3) business days of delivery with supporting documentation, including photographs and order details.

Any approved replacement or refund is issued solely at the discretion of Alpha Forge Prime LLC.
