Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

This Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made through the Alpha Forge Prime website, operated by Alpha Forge Prime. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of laboratory research products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, refunds, or store credit once an order has been processed or shipped, except as expressly stated in this policy.

Products are not eligible for return or refund if:

• You change your mind or no longer need the item
• You ordered the wrong product, concentration, quantity, or format
• You misunderstood the product’s purpose or research-only designation

2. Refund or Replacement Request Window (7 Calendar Days)

Any request for a refund, return, or replacement must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the confirmed delivery date. Requests submitted outside this window will not be considered.

All requests must include the order number and supporting documentation and be sent to: support@alphaforgeprime.com

3. Incorrect or Damaged Product

If you receive an incorrect item or your order arrives damaged in transit, you may request a replacement under the following conditions:

• You notify us within the 7 calendar day request window
• You provide your order number and clear photo evidence of the issue

Approved replacements will be shipped at no additional cost. Refunds, if any, are issued solely at our discretion and only if a replacement cannot be provided.

4. Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking information shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please first check with:

• Your local carrier or post office
• Your building management, parcel room, or mailbox provider
• Neighbors in the event of misdelivery

If the carrier officially marks the package as lost, contact us at support@alphaforgeprime.com within the 7 calendar day request window so we may assist with next steps.

Orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address are not eligible for replacement or refund.

5. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may only be canceled before fulfillment and shipment. Once a shipping label has been created or the order has entered the shipping process, cancellations are no longer possible.

If a cancellation is approved, funds will be returned to the original payment method within 3–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment processor.

6. Refund & Replacement Exclusions

The following are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund:

• Opened, used, or tampered products
• Products exposed to improper storage or handling conditions
• Products purchased with discount codes, promotions, or special pricing
• Orders refused at delivery or returned without authorization

7. Research Use Notice

All products sold by Alpha Forge Prime, operated by Alpha Forge Prime, are intended strictly for laboratory research and development purposes only. No refunds, returns, or replacements will be issued based on misuse, misunderstanding, or unauthorized application of research materials.
